About the Proposed Development

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to re-zone the site from General Commercial (C4) to Mixed Use Corridor with Special Provisions (MU2)(SP-XXX) to facilitate the future development of a 12-storey residential building, a mixed-use building with three towers ranging in height from 15 storeys to 20 storeys and townhouse units. The application would facilitate the creation of approximately 800 residential units.  

Requested site specific provisions include increased height, front yard and side yard setbacks and coverage for parking areas, reduced ground floor height and changes to the angular plane provisions.
