The East Bayfield Community Centre (EBCC) is one of the City's three main recreation centres and offers recreation programs, activities, and services. Check the current drop-in schedule and get the most for your recreation dollars by purchasing a Barrie recPASS for yourself and/or your family!

Hours may differ on stat holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. Please refer to the EBCC drop-in schedule for applicable hours during those times.

Rentals & Booking Information

EBCC Change Rooms

City recreation centres offer inclusive and accessible change rooms designed with all community members in mind.

- Patrons using the universal change rooms must remain clothed while in the common areas of the change rooms. Children under the age of seven should be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the universal change rooms.
- Use of cell phones, cameras, and any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited in all change rooms.
- Ensure your personal belongings are always secure. The City of Barrie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Lockers are for day use only. Any locks or items left behind will be removed each evening.
- There are NO alcoholic beverages, smoking, or food or drink permitted in any change rooms.
- Patrons must vacate the change room 30 minutes after their activity.
- Please dry off after using the shower before entering the change space.
- NO street shoes are permitted in the shower area or on the pool deck.
