TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to By-law Number 2022-042, being a By-law of the Corporation of the City of Barrie to provide for the delegation of authority to remove a Holding (H) Symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-130 as per Section 36(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13.
THE SUBJECT LANDS are municipally known as: 61 Big Bay Point Road; 370 and 400 Bayview Drive; 410 Bayview Drive; 443 Bayview Drive; 447 Bayview Drive; 505 Bayview Drive; 527 Bayview Drive; 118 Mapleview Drive East.
The subject lands were zoned with H1 and H2 Holding provisions by Zoning By-law 2010-130 and are shown on the key map below.
