The Allandale Community Planning Permit (CPP) By-law was adopted by City Council on June 17, 2026, to implement the Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) in the Allandale Major Transit Station Area (MTSA). The adoption of the CPPS also repealed the current Zoning By-Law and the Site Plan Control By-Law in this area.
The Allandale CPP By-law establishes Districts, instead of Zones, which align with the land use mapping established in the City’s Official Plan. The contents of the Allandale Community Planning Permit By-law are below, including schedules which outline the established Districts:
Permit Classifications
The Allandale CPP By-law establishes three permit classifications:
