Join us for Community Day, an annual event hosted by the SWIS team, designed to
bring people together and foster stronger local connections. This special day is all
about linking newcomers and long-time residents with essential supports, services, and
resources - from health and wellness to education, employment, and beyond.
Whether you're new to the area or have called it home for years, Community Day offers
a welcoming space to explore local programs, connect with service providers, and
engage with your community. Come and discover how our community can support
you - and how you can contribute to its growth!
