Saverino Developments Inc., is seeking input from the public on a proposed Amendment to the Official Plan & Zoning By-law for lands known municipally as 550, 552, 558, 570, 574 & 576 Essa Road. The proposal is intended to facilitate a high-density residential development to permit increased heights along an Intensification Corridor in the form of 16- and 18-storey rental apartment buildings and three-storey townhouses along the rear of the subject lands.
