About the Proposed Development

The proposal is intended to facilitate the development of residential uses consisting of 248 semi-detached and townhouse units, and mid-rise apartments (unit count tbd), and approx. 48,000m2 of commercial/industrial GFA.  The overall design of the subject property includes the extension of Bryne Drive, a park, two stormwater management ponds, and blocks to protect the existing natural heritage features. The existing hydro easement and the Highway 400 road widening are also accommodated in the design.
