Forest Bathing with Beth at Allandale Station Park (RSVP)

You are invited to acknowledge upcoming Pollinator Week at Allandale Station Park and by the shore of Kempenfelt Bay. Learn the basics of Forest Bathing. Forest bathing (or forest therapy) guides you to take in, with all of one’s senses, the forest atmosphere.  Join Beth Foster for a free session, geared to people ages 14+. Please register to attend. First come-first served. Spots are limited.

• Meet up by the Rose Garden beside the General John Hayter Southshore Community Centre. There are public washrooms.
