The evening opens with a relaxing music vibe and chill convo to create a relaxed atmosphere, followed by a guided, peer-led discussion about self-care, emotional resilience, and practical strategies for supporting your mental health. Trained facilitators will hold space for honest sharing, listening, and resource connections. We’ll close the night with a community movie that the youth will vote for!
