About the Proposed Development

A zoning by-law amendment was approved which rezoned the site from 'Shopping Centre Commercial (C3) Special Provision SP-161, 1999-080' to 'Apartment Dwelling Second Density-1 - with Special Provisions (RA2-1)(SP-658)'.  

The Hanson Group Inc. received site plan approval for the development of a seven storey residential rental apartment building containing 122 units, including 24 affordable housing units. This application has received all necessary approvals to proceed to building permit, in accordance with the final plans listed below.
