Join the City of Barrie's Poet Laureate, Ty the Poetess for a special gathering of current and past Poets Laureate to celebrate National Poetry Month.

Featuring readings from George Elliott Clarke, the former Canadian Parliamentary Poet Laureate and Poet Laureate for the City of Toronto, Ontario's current Poet Laureate, Testament, AKA Matthew-Ray Jones, Barrie's inaugural Poet Laureate Bruce Meyer, and Barrie's current Poet Laureate, Ty the Poetess, AKA Tyneisha Thomas, this event will celebrate the spoken word and inspire all in attendance.

This event is hosted by the City of Barrie's Poet Laureate, Tyneisha Thomas as part of the annual Poet Laureate programming, with support from Creative Barrie.
