Cabinets to Canvas is a City of Barrie public art and graffiti abatement program that transforms traffic and utility boxes throughout the city into vibrant works of art. The program is open to artists from Ontario, with priority given to local Simcoe County artists.
Artists of all backgrounds, experiences, and artistic approaches are encouraged to register and attend.
