Effective August 1, 2024, Building Services will require a Plumbing Data Form and/or Mechanical Data Form to be submitted with building permit applications for all Large Residential, Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial projects where plumbing and/or mechanical systems are being replaced, altered, or installed.
The information supplied in these forms provides a summary of the proposed changes to plumbing and mechanical systems, and helps Building Services staff process permit applications efficiently.
