About the Proposed Development

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to add special provisions to the existing Transition Centre Commercial-2 (C2-2) Zone that applies to 145 Bradford Street and to re-zone 48 Ellen Street from General Commercial (C4) to Transition Centre Commercial-2 Zone with Special Provision (C2-2)(SP-XXX).  

The purpose of the application is to facilitate a future mixed-use development with five towers ranging in height from 45 to 55 storeys connected by a 10-storey podium with a total of 1,582 residential units, including 316 affordable units, and ground floor commercial uses.
