The design project is underway for the reconstruction of:
- Codrington Street, Duckworth to Nelson
- Lakeview Crescent, Codrington to Rodney
- Highland Avenue, Cook to Codrington
Work includes asphalt and sidewalk reconstruction, the replacement of the sanitary and stormwater infrastructure, watermains and includes replacement of underground services to the property line.
The project will renew the life of the deteriorating roadway and underground services in the area as well as increase the water network capacity for the area for future growth of the city. The project will expand and upgrade the storm and sanitary sewer networks to meet City standards.

Design is progressing. Field investigations are continuing, which include subsurface utility engineering, geotechnical investigation, and streetlight photometric studies.
