Engineering Records are plans that consist of infrastructure drawing such as water mains, sanitary sewers, roads and bridges.

How to Apply
Apply for a compliance letter and/or an Engineering Record Request through APLI, the City's online application portal. Application fees are outlined below. You can expect your letter to arrive via email as a PDF attachment within 15 business days (if payment was made online, if applicable). Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Once registered and logged in, click Submit an Application > Compliance Letters tab > Compliance Letters heading and then follow the prompts. Please refer to the APLI Compliance Letters & Engineering Record Requests Customer Portal Guide if you require assistance with applying online.
