About the Proposed Development

The proposal is intended to facilitate the development of six (6) mixed-use buildings ranging in height from eighteen (18) to thirty (30) storeys. A total of 1,840 dwelling units are proposed with commercial space provided on the ground floor of each building. A total of 2,580 parking spaces are proposed through a mix of both below and above ground parking structures associated with each building. Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications will be required.
