About the Proposed Development

375 Yonge Street Inc. has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application to facilitate the development of a 6 storey mixed use building containing 111 residential units, 1 ground floor commercial space and 112 parking spaces. 

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to re-zone the subject lands from ‘General Commercial’ (C4) and General Commercial with Site Specific Provisions (C4)(SP-264) to ‘Mixed Use Node 1 – Special Provision’ (MU1)(SP-XXX).  Special provisions include, but are not limited to, permission for a fully landscaped frontage, reduced landscape buffer, increased parking lot coverage, reduced parking standards and a reduced commercial area.
