About the Proposed Development

Baldwin Planning and Development Consultants, on behalf of Robert Gilroy, is seeking input from the public on a proposed residential condominium development with 30 townhouse units at 821 Big Bay Point Road in Barrie.

The lands are approximately 0.75 hectares in area and are located on the south side of Big Bay Point, west of Prince William Way. The proposed development would require a Zoning By-law Amendment application to rezone the subject lands from Residential Third Density (R3), Residential M_ultiple Second Density - Townhouse (RM2-TH) & Agricultural (A) to Residential Multiple Dwelling Second Density - Special Provision_ (RM2) (SP-XX).
