The City will be undertaking work at 44 Sarjeant Drive that involves building a small operations yard to temporarily store soil and materials generated from municipal water and sewer repairs and maintenance.
Project Features

- Unheated building for a loader
- Structure covering all soil bays
- Driveway/entrance large enough for a 50’ trailer to back up for granular delivery
- 4 soil bays
- 1 granular bay
- 1 cold patch bay
- 1 concrete and asphalt bay
- 1 high performance bedding material bay
- Lights around the yard
- Fenced perimeter with automatic gate
- Area for parking extra dump trucks and pickup trucks
