For water and sanitary service drawing requests, please email ServiceBarrie@barrie.ca or call 705-726-4242. If these records are on file, Service Barrie will provide them at no charge as hardcopy prints or emailed as PDFs; proof of address or a completed property owner consent form is required. If a property is owned by a business, authorization such as articles of incorporation must also be submitted.
Engineering Records are plans that consist of infrastructure drawing such as water mains, sanitary sewers, roads and bridges, etc. Once a completed Engineering Records Request has been submitted through APLI, staff inform the applicant once the records are ready to view and purchase via email.
The City of Barrie is not permitted to provide the following plan types unless the applicant is working directly for the City of Barrie: City-Owned Facility Plans, Site Plans, Building Plans, Railway Plans or Non-As-Constructed Subdivision Development Plans.
