This is a preliminary meeting to provide residents with information before the application is reviewed by City staff and considered by City Council. A Statutory Public Meeting will be scheduled at a later date, in accordance with the Planning Act.
Kanterra Barrie Inc., is seeking input from the public on a proposed Amendment to the Zoning By-law and Plan of Subdivision for lands known municipally as 41 Royal Parkside Drive in the City of Barrie. A presentation from the applicant of the development concept
An opportunity to meet the applicant, City staff and ward councillor
A time for asking questions, providing thoughts, comments, and concerns regarding the proposed development.
What not to Expect
City staff recommendations on the application or a detailed analysis on the proposal (this will occur later in the review process).
A debate on the merits of the proposal between City staff and the applicant.
