About the Proposed Development

The proposed Zoning By‐law Amendment application seeks to rezone the subject lands from ‘Central Area Commercial – Second Density’ (C1-2) to ‘Central Area Commercial – Second Density with Special Provisions’ (C1-2)(SP-XXX). The intent and purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to permit the future development of a 27-storey mixed-use building containing 214 residential units and 1,100 square metres of ground floor commercial space, together with three (3) levels of structured parking.
