About the Proposed Development

A Zoning By-law Amendment was approved in August 2024 to facilitate the development of 17 two-story condominium town homes and 6 semi-detached duplex units totaling 29 total residential units with associated surface parking and amenity areas.

Associated Block Plan of Subdivision has been approved on January 7, 2024 pending registration.

The final step in the Planning approval process is Site Plan Control application which is awaiting a formal submission.
