About the Proposed Development

The proposed development consists of one tower at 12-storeys and one at 15-storeys within a three (3) storey podium. The proposed building has a height of 49.15 meters above established grade (excluding the mechanical penthouses which are an additional 6.5 metres). The proposed building includes approximately 357 square metres of commercial space on the ground floor. The proposal will provide 437 residential units, including 15 grade-related live/work units, with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 26,761 square metres.
