About the Proposed Development

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision application seeks to re-zone the subject lands from ‘Residential Single Detached Dwelling First Density’ (R1) to ‘Residential Single Detached Dwelling Fourth Density with Special Provisions’ (R4)(SP-XXX). The intent and purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to permit the future development of eight (8) lots developed with single detached dwellings accessed via a private laneway.
