Innovative Planning Solutions on behalf of Farrage Developments Inc. received a change in zoning for the land assembly of 46, 50, 52 & 56 Patterson Road to permit block cluster townhouse development. 

The proposed zoning was approved as Residential Multiple with Special Provisions (RM2)(SP-564) to allow for 46 townhouses with an increased density to 63 units per hectare, reduced setbacks and increased GFA.
