Effective March 1, 2024, Building Services requires a Flow Control Roof Drainage Declaration to be submitted for all Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Residential projects where flat roof designs are proposed. The Flow Control Roof Drainage Declaration form provides the Chief Building Official with assurance that the mechanical and structural engineers have coordinated their designs.
