About the Proposed Development

A 15-storey, 41 unit mixed-use condominium on the lands known municipally as 217 Dunlop Street East. The project will require approval of a site-specific zoning by-law amendment, site plan, and plan of condominium.

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment maintains the Transition Centre Commercial-1 (C2-1) zoning while introducing site-specific provisions (SP-XXX) to address variances to the following development standards in the Zoning By-law:

  • Side yard setbacks
  • Gross floor area
  • Building height
  • Minimum coverage for commercial uses
  • Landscape buffer
  • Parking
