About the Proposed Development

The zoning for the lands was successfully amended from ‘Light Industrial’ (LI) to ‘Transition Centre Commercial with Special Provisions, Hold’ (C2-2(SP-635)(H-157) by By-law 2023-063.  

A Site Plan Control application has been submitted to facilitate the development of an apartment building with a 3-storey podium and two (2) towers proposed at 18 storeys and 15 storeys in height, 352 residential units, site-specific setback, and step back provisions, and a reduced parking rate of 0.8 parking spaces per residential unit.
