About the Proposed Development

8952175 Canada Corp. o/a Uplands Holding received a change in zoning from General Commercial (C4) to Mixed Use Corridor with Special Provisions (MU2)(SP-630) for the property municipally known as 181 Burton Avenue in March 2023.   The applications propose the development of a four-storey residential building with twenty-four (24) residential units for rental tenure.  

The proposed development is proceeding through Site Plan Approval in conformity with the previous Zoning approval.
