About the Proposed Development

The Zoning By-law Amendment Application rezones the subject lands from ‘Residential Single Detached Dwelling First Density’ (R1) to ‘Residential Multiple Dwelling Second Density – Townhouse’ with Special Provisions (RM2-TH)(SP-XXX) in accordance with the City’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2009-141. The purpose of the amendment is to facilitate the development of 20 residential townhouse units fronting Neva Road through an associated Draft Plan of Subdivision application.
