Background

This project was initiated in 2013 as a Class Environmental Assessment Study for a new transmission watermain to connect to existing infrastructure at Letitia St and Wellington St as recommended in the Water Storage & Distribution Master Plan.

A subsequent Class Environmental Assessment Study was completed in 2019 for the sanitary sewer relocation. The storm and watermain relocations were then added to the overall project scope.
