Zoning By-law Amendment

The application amends the Agricultural (A) and Environmental Protection (EP) zoning in Innisfil Zoning By-law to R5, RM3, RM3(SP-XXX), NMU(SP-XXX), EP and OS in the City of Barrie Zoning By-law. 

Draft Plan of Subdivision

The draft plan of subdivision application would facilitate 1,187 residential units consisting of 52 singles, 95 street townhouses, 90 back-to-back townhouses and 950 apartment units within four blocks and a commercial block.

The above applications apply to the southern portion of the lands located at 830, 864, 912 Lockhart Road, and all of 894 Lockhart Road, also known as Hewitt's South. Learn about the applications for Hewitt's Central, the northern part of the lands.
