About the Proposed Development

H & H Capital proposed to rezone from Agricultural General to Open Space (OS), Residential (R5), Neighbourhood Mixed Use (NMU), and Institutional Education (I-E) to permit the development of 839 residential units, one neighbourhood park, one elementary school, and one high density mixed-use block.

UPDATE (Fall 2018)

The proposal has been amended. The applicant is now requesting approval for 786​ residential units, one neighbourhood park, one elementary school, and one high density mixed-use block.

UPDATE (Spring 2019)

The final proposal to be considered by General Committee​​​​​​ includes 327 single detached residential units, 357 townhouse units, 100 high density units within a mixed use block, one neighbourhood park, and one elementary school.

UPDATE (Spring 2022)

​The proposal has been amended. The applicant is now requesting approval for 731 residential dwelling units, of which 334 are single detache dwellings and 397 are townhomes,​ in addition to one neighbourhood park, and one elementary school.
