Original Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision Applications - 2019/2020 (Files: D4-1674 & D12-444)
To amend the current zoning of the subject property from 'Agricultural General' (AG) and 'Environmental Protection' (EP) to 'Residential Hold' (RH), 'Enviornmental Protection' (EP), and 'Neighbourhood Residential' (R5) with Special Provisions to permit the development of 87 street townhouse units. The proposal includes the extension of the road from the northern portion to Lockhart Road and associated infrastructure.
Zoning By-law Amendment Application and Red-line Revision to Draft Plan of Subdivision - 2024 (File: D30-005-2024)
The applicant proposed to amend the zoning on a portion of the southern half of the subject property from ‘Residential Hold – Special Provision No. 586’ (RH)(SP-586) to ‘Neighbourhood Residential’ (R5) and ‘Neighbourhood Multiple Residential’ (RM3) to facilitate the development of the lands through a Draft Plan of Subdivision.
The purpose of the Red-line Revision to the Draft Plan of Subdivision is to create 11 blocks on the southern portion of the subject property to facilitate the development of 75 street townhouse units and a six-storey multi-residential building containing approximately 75 units.
