Environmental Assessment (EA) Studies

EA studies provide for the protection, conservation and wise management of Ontario's environment by evaluating the potential environmental effects of a project or undertaking before decisions are made about proceeding.

Generally speaking, project cycles follow a master plan or planning process,  environmental assessment, detailed design, then construction.
