Ratified Items for Discussion

As per the City of Barrie's Procedural By-law, an Item for Discussion is an item of business on a meeting agenda that is sponsored by a member of Council and is considered by the appropriate Reference Committee depending on the nature of the matter. If an Item for Discussion is deemed urgent, the Clerk will consult with the Mayor on alternatives to bring the matter forward.
