As part of the City of Barrie’s 2026 Pavement Management Program, overnight closures of Bayfield Street, Sophia Street to Dunlop Street and Dunlop Street to Simcoe Street, are scheduled for May 18 to 22 as well as June 11 and 12 to allow crews to complete asphalt removal and replacement. Bayfield Street will be closed nightly from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., reopening each morning. The Dunlop Street intersection will remain open throughout the closures.
