This item can be disposed of at the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility at the Barrie Landfill Site at 272 Ferndale Drive North on Saturdays from 8:30am - 3:30pm. The City's Recycling Depot (open during warmer weather months only) also accepts HHW on Saturdays. Hazardous waste must not be placed curbside for collection or poured down the drain.

If the popsicle stick is made of paper or wood it can go in the organics cart. If the stick is made of plastic it must go in your garbage cart.
